Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich have put their third and final Queensland investment property on the market after settling in Sydney.

The couple, who met on The Bachelor in 2013, are selling their townhouse in Brisbane’s Aspley, reports Immobilier.com.au.

The four-bedroom, two-story home has been advertised as “a can’t-miss purchase, downsizing or investment opportunity.”

It has a fully fenced yard and garage and was purchased by Tim, 39, for $452,500 in February 2016.

That same year he bought two more properties in the Brisbane suburbs of Richlands and Murarrie, both of which have since been sold.

Tim and Anna, 35, sold their three-bedroom townhouse in Murarrie for $730,000 in November last year.

A month later, they sold their four-bedroom townhouse in Richlands for $450,000, making the Aspley townhouse their latest property in Brisbane.

The couple, who share one-year-old daughter Elle, have made Sydney their permanent base in recent years.

In November, they put their three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Sydney’s Rose Bay up for sale with the aim of becoming a family home.

According to a report at the time, Tim and Anna bought the boutique apartment shortly after their 2018 wedding for $1.9 million.

In an interview with Daily Mail Australia in December, Tim admitted selling the Rose Bay flat was bittersweet.

“We are not in a rush to sell, but we are looking at whether the market wants it for what we want to sell. We love the area, so it’s going to be difficult to move,” he said.

Moving on: Tim and Anna also owned two other properties in the Brisbane suburbs of Richlands and Murarrie, both of which have since been sold.
