A new real estate investment app has been launched for investors, accountants and financial planners with custom SMSF taxation features.
Fintech company Investor Forecasts has developed a new app that provides comprehensive forecasts for investment properties. The app provides forecasts for property values, cash flow, loans, and other key metrics for real estate investments.
Investor Forecasts founder Brenton Smalley said the technology could be applied to accounting, financial planning and mortgage brokerage applications.
While the calculators provided as part of the app have all the standard features investors have come to expect, the app can also be adapted to a wide range of needs and circumstances, Smalley said.
“For example, if a client retires, you can easily adjust the tax rate,” he said.
The app also allows adjustments with interest-only loans, introductory interest rates, and the ability to perform loan-only calculations.
“Our charting and comparison features are client-focused tools that help demonstrate the value of advice and the depth of research undertaken, which ultimately helps both client relationships and engagement in the advisory process,” said Mr. Smalley.
Mr Smalley said improving advisor efficiency was a priority when developing the app, with the app offering features such as template creation and pre-filling of fields.
